Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work 8-10 hours per week including weekends and evenings
  • Reliable transportation to Hinchliffe Stadium in Paterson, NJ
  • Ability to perform physical tasks related to event setup and breakdown
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Current college student or recent graduate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Interest in sports, event management, or related fields
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of event operations preferred
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Customer service oriented

Job Duties

  • Assist with set-up and breakdown of matchday operations including field boards, branding, signage, and sponsor activations
  • Work with the Matchday Producer and Game Presentation team to ensure successful execution of in-game entertainment, ceremonies, and promotions
  • Support the Field Manager in coordinating pre-match, halftime, and post-match field activities
  • Serve as a Visiting Team Liaison assisting with locker room preparation and ensuring compliance with league standards
  • Assist as a Referee Liaison providing support to match officials and enforcing field regulations
  • Coordinate and execute in-game promotions, sponsor activations, and fan engagement activities throughout the stadium
  • Assist Ticketing, Marketing, and Community Relations teams with on-field fan experiences such as youth mascots, halftime contests, and ceremonies
  • Support coordination of hospitality, catering, and operational needs for teams, officials, and matchday staff
  • Assist with ticket scanning and fan entry operations as well as support the merchandise shop when needed
  • Provide general operational support to the Matchday and Event Operations team and Hinchliffe Stadium staff as assigned
