Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Experience in event supervision or marketing preferred but not required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift and move equipment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to use digital devices to capture event content

Job Duties

  • Promote and supervise street team activities and remote broadcasts across GKB Milwaukee brands including Newsradio 620 WTMJ, ESPN Milwaukee, and 101.7 The Truth
  • Set up and tear down event and audio equipment at local community events
  • Capture photos and videos of events to document and report back to Marketing Facilitators
  • Engage and interact with partners, fans, and teammates to foster community relationships
  • Serve as a role model for interns and act as a brand ambassador for Good Karma Brands
  • Execute on-site, on-air, and online contests as necessary
  • Adhere to Good Karma Brands core values and represent the company with integrity and professionalism
