- 1-3 years' maintenance experience in a commercial or residential environment preferred
- light carpentry skills
- knowledge of paint and wallpaper
- HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills
- certification in pool operation preferred
- meet minimum age requirements
- valid driver license with acceptable driving record may be required
- must pass criminal background check

Job Duties
- Maintain and repair carpet, wall covering, furniture, painted surfaces, change burned out light bulbs and other cosmetic repairs in guest rooms and public areas
- maintain and repair equipment in laundry, guest rooms and public areas
- repair irrigation and sprinkler systems
- maintain pool and pool area, including hot tub
- keep adequate parts, materials, and supplies on the supply cart
- inform manager on job status and project status
- communicate parts and material needs to the manager in a timely manner
- attend all mandatory meetings
- report all unsafe working conditions
- complete other duties as assigned by management
- ensure regular and reliable attendance
