Job Requirements
- 1-3 years maintenance experience in a commercial or residential environment preferred
- light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper
- HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills
- certification in pool operation preferred
- meet minimum age requirements
- may need a valid driver license with acceptable driving record
- must pass criminal background check

Job Duties
- Maintain and repair carpet, wall covering, furniture, painted surfaces, change burned out light bulbs and other cosmetic repairs in guest rooms and public areas
- Maintain and repair equipment in laundry, guest rooms and public areas
- Repair irrigation and sprinkler systems
- Maintain pool and pool area, may include a hot tub
- Keep adequate parts, materials, and supplies on the supply cart
- Inform manager on job status and project status
- Communicate parts and material needs to the manager in a timely manner
- Attend all mandatory meetings
- Report all unsafe working conditions
- Complete other duties as assigned by the General Manager, Area Director of Maintenance, or Area Manager of Maintenance
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position
