Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
- Strong attendance and punctuality record
- Must comply with company policies and safety regulations
- Ability to use front desk computer systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be flexible to work varying shifts including holidays and weekends

Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly service-oriented manner
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including wearing the proper uniform and name tag
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with company standards as required by scheduling
- Comply at all times with company standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
- Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk
- Ensure good food quality delivered to club lounge, with clean and organized display according to brand standards
- Coordinate special events or projects as assigned
- Assist guests with problems related to hotel services
- Arrange transportation needs for guests
- Provide information on the local area, suggest sightseeing locations and arrange tours
- Be knowledgeable of daily functions, VIPs and special events occurring at the hotel
- Familiarize with all company policies, house rules, and hospitality terminology
- Assist in emergency procedures as required
- Operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system
- Maintain attentiveness, friendliness, helpfulness and courtesy to guests and employees
- Use proper two-way radio etiquette in communication with staff
- Attend meetings as required by management
