Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Strong attendance and punctuality record
  • Must comply with company policies and safety regulations
  • Ability to use front desk computer systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be flexible to work varying shifts including holidays and weekends

Job Duties

  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly service-oriented manner
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including wearing the proper uniform and name tag
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with company standards as required by scheduling
  • Comply at all times with company standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
  • Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk
  • Ensure good food quality delivered to club lounge, with clean and organized display according to brand standards
  • Coordinate special events or projects as assigned
  • Assist guests with problems related to hotel services
  • Arrange transportation needs for guests
  • Provide information on the local area, suggest sightseeing locations and arrange tours
  • Be knowledgeable of daily functions, VIPs and special events occurring at the hotel
  • Familiarize with all company policies, house rules, and hospitality terminology
  • Assist in emergency procedures as required
  • Operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system
  • Maintain attentiveness, friendliness, helpfulness and courtesy to guests and employees
  • Use proper two-way radio etiquette in communication with staff
  • Attend meetings as required by management
