Job Requirements

- No prior experience necessary as on-the-job training is provided
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Ability to work under supervision and independently
- Willingness to adhere to job responsibilities and procedures

- One year of customer service or similar work experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain vigilance and report issues promptly

Job Duties
- Only allow access to the employee parking lot to those displaying proper credentials per vehicle
- Verify that credentials include an airline, airport, rental car badge or ID, and a valid current month employee lot hang tag
- Contact the manager on duty and landside operations for unauthorized access or credential failures
- Assist employees with fuel, air, or vehicle location requests by contacting the computer room
- Coordinate with Landside for Pop A Lock or tow services ensuring escorts accompany service providers
- Maintain a detailed and accurate daily log of activities and incidents
- Report suspicious activities, medical emergencies, or crimes immediately to the communication center and computer room
- Alert the manager on duty if a lot is full
- Follow all safety precautions at all times
