Job Requirements
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Must have finger dexterity for typing and using a keyboard
- Must be mobile enough to move around during outside events, stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work some evenings to attend meetings
- Consistent and regular attendance required

Job Duties
- Communicate concerns, issues or repairs needed to management
- Clean and sanitize indoor and outdoor lodge and clubhouse furniture, including benches
- Clean and sanitize fitness center and locker rooms
- Clean vehicle gate and pedestrian gate key pads
- Clean tennis court area
- Remove cobwebs from lodge common areas
- Assist with setup and teardown of events and activities
- Assist members with inquiries by answering phones and taking messages
- Restock coffee station
- Check pool and spa chlorine and PH levels and document
- Assemble items as needed
- Set up and tear down equipment for fitness classes as necessary
- Perform other special projects as assigned
