Job Requirements
- Minimum three years of commercial driving experience
- valid driver’s license
- clean motor vehicle record with no major violations or accidents in the past three years
- strong customer service orientation
- professional appearance and attitude
- excellent attention to safety and detail
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships
- successful completion of vehicle road test
- current DOT physical and maintenance of required medical certifications
- ability to lift and/or move equipment and products up to 50 pounds frequently and over 100 pounds occasionally
- minimum age of 21 years old as per US DOT requirements

Job Duties
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles
- deliver and unload caskets in a safe manner
- develop and nurture customer relationships
- effectively meet customer service center and customer demands
- ensure compliance with DOT regulations, health and safety standards, vehicle inspection and maintenance policies, work standards, procedures, and customer satisfaction
- utilize electronic logging devices and related technology for accurate hours of service recording
- participate in additional safe driver training and orientation
- operate vehicles equipped with rear and forward-facing cameras
- perform other duties as assigned
