Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or hospitality
- supervisory or concierge experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work weekends and holidays
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and report writing
- ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors
- monitor building access and ensure only authorized individuals enter
- assist with deliveries and maintain secure entry points
- communicate effectively with property management and support teams
- stay informed about local businesses and services to assist residents and guests
- maintain privacy and confidentiality in all interactions
- support the Lead Lobby Attendant with property-specific duties as needed
