Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience working as a line cook preferred
availability to work weekend morning shifts
ability to stand for extended periods
adherence to food safety guidelines
reliable and punctual
ability to follow instructions
physical stamina for kitchen work

Job Qualifications

previous line cook experience preferred
knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
strong teamwork and communication skills
basic knife skills and food preparation techniques

Job Duties

prepare and cook menu items for morning and lunch shifts
maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area
ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
assist with inventory management and stock supplies
collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
follow recipes and portion controls to maintain consistency
support kitchen operations during peak hours
