Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, garnishes, and dishes based on the menu
- Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistent quality and presentation of food
- Portion, season, and cook food items as directed by the head chef or kitchen manager
- Cook and grill items such as burgers, steaks, fish, and other items according to guest orders and established procedures
- Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and is served in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ensure that all food is stored properly and rotated to avoid spoilage
