  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients, sauces, garnishes, and dishes based on the menu
  • Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistent quality and presentation of food
  • Portion, season, and cook food items as directed by the head chef or kitchen manager
  • Cook and grill items such as burgers, steaks, fish, and other items according to guest orders and established procedures
  • Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and is served in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ensure that all food is stored properly and rotated to avoid spoilage
