Job Duties
- Approaches all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- complies with company, hotel, and brand standards which encourage a safe and efficient hotel operation
- cooks, sautés, broils, plates all food items strictly adhering to recipe and plating specifications
- exhibits a professional demeanor, while working with passion and integrity
- assists teammates as needed and follows the directives of the management team
- adheres to all food-related safety practices set forth by company, state, and federal regulations and standards
- maintains a clean and well organized workstation
