Job Requirements
- Culinary experience in hospitality or healthcare settings
- strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Qualifications
- One year certificate from college or technical school
- one-year related experience and/or training as cook in a hotel, restaurant, club, health care facility or similar institution

Job Duties
- Collaborates with culinary team to prepare dishes utilizing different cooking techniques as per standardized recipes
- maintains a clean and organized area throughout the shift
- adheres to sanitation and safety procedures
- performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor to execute test recipes
- ensures sanitary handling and preparation of food
- meets daily meal schedules
- serves required portions and utilizes leftovers
- cares for and cleans kitchen equipment
