Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G E D equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience
  • Open availability for part-time shifts
  • Ability to stand sit or walk for entire work shift
  • Physical capability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and safety
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to follow recipes and quality standards
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning chopping and storing food
  • Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Weigh measure and mix ingredients
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality and presentation standards
  • Operate ovens stoves grills microwaves and fryers
  • Monitor food quality during preparation
  • Set-up and break down work station
  • Serve food in proper portions and on proper receptacles
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen area tables tools knives and equipment
  • Ensure correct temperature of appliances and food
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
  • Report maintenance needs accidents injuries and unsafe conditions to manager
  • Maintain clean and professional personal appearance
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with others
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
  • Stand sit or walk for extended periods
  • Perform tasks requiring bending twisting pulling and stooping
  • Move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Perform other duties as requested by supervisors
