- understanding of sales and marketing principles
- experience with budget management is a plus.
Job Duties
- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensures their comfort while they wait to speak with a team member
- assists with tours as needed
- answers phone calls and routes them to appropriate team members
- assists with completed service request callbacks
- maintains guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness
- manages and monitors loading dock or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
- manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival and notifying residents within 24 hours
- ensures amenities are in touring condition and ready for resident use
- develops and executes innovative events, services, and programs using amenity spaces
- develops outcome and assessment metrics to determine program success
- keeps detailed information on local restaurants, shops, delivery places, and vendors
- offers recommendations to residents and maintains positive relationships with local businesses
- monitors and responds to Lifestyle Email account promptly
- creates and produces monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers with activities and events
- ensures Greystar sales and marketing standards are met
- provides input into budget development related to activities and resident retention
- manages expenses to budget.
