Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in community coordination or related customer service role preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- proficiency in computer and basic software applications
- must be able to greet and assist residents and prospects professionally
- able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or community engagement preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and events
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- creativity in event planning and program development
- ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- knowledge of local community resources and vendors
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort while waiting
- assist with tours as needed
- answer phone calls, route to appropriate team member, and assist with service request callbacks
- maintain guest suite schedule and manage loading dock or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
- manage package deliveries by documenting arrival and notifying residents within 24 hours
- ensure all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
- develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs using amenity spaces
- maintain updated information on local restaurants and services and build positive relationships with local businesses
- monitor and respond to Lifestyle Email account and ensure timely responses
- create monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers with activities and events
- participate in meeting Greystar sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks
- provide input and manage budgets related to planned activities and resident retention
- manage expenses to budget
