Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to perform hands-on repetitive tasks
- Fluency in the English language
- Pleasant, articulate, patient, and confident demeanor
- Minimum commitment of 2 shifts or 8 hours per week
- Pass background screening and drug-free workplace policy compliance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform hands-on repetitive tasks similar to hairstyling
- Pleasant, articulate, patient, and confident communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Positive attitude and enjoyment working with families
- Experience with children, healthcare, or beauty fields is a plus but not required
- Willingness to complete paid training program
Job Duties
- Remove all lice and nits from client hair with precision and care
- Educate families on lice prevention and treatment techniques
- Provide a calming and reassuring presence during appointments
- Conduct thorough appointments lasting 2 to 2 1/2 hours
- Schedule and manage appointments flexibly within available work hours
- Use mobile app technology to receive and confirm assignments
- Maintain professional communication with clients and company staff
