Job Requirements
- Minimum two years previous experience as a cook in a restaurant/food service environment
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to maintain and deliver menu items as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment without losing composure still maintaining high quality standards
- Ability to walk, reach, stand, bend, stoop for long periods of time and climb stairs as needed
- Ability to work safely with heated equipment and hot grease
- Ability to communicate with co-workers and the general public in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with extended shifts to include weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must pass criminal background check
Job Qualifications

- Fine dining experience preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic knowledge of a variety of culinary concepts and methods
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must possess basic math and computer skills
- Ability to maintain and deliver menu items as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment without losing composure still maintaining high quality standards
- Ability to walk, reach, stand, bend, stoop for long periods of time and climb stairs as needed
- Ability to work safely with heated equipment and hot grease

- ServSafe Food Handler's Certification highly preferred

Job Duties
- Assist Club sous chef with maintenance of inventory items and food preparation
- Operate, maintain and assist with cleaning of all equipment
- Perform duties as necessary to accomplish delivery of Lenovo Club menu
- Maintain proper cooking procedures, temperatures and portion control
- Follow guidelines set forth by supervisors to assist with the maintenance of inventory and Club activities
- Follow supervisors instructions to provide outstanding customer service
- Adhere to State and Local Government regulations regarding cleanliness and general food safety within the Lenovo Club
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with co-workers and supervisors
- Set example to create a team-based work ethic to maximize productivity, delivery and maintenance of menu items
- Report all unsafe situations
- Oversee the checkout procedures for cooks and utilities
- Coordinate and instruct cooks and utilities to provide the best possible preparation of Lenovo Club menu for all events
- Provide training, evaluation of training, leadership and experience to stand cooks as assigned by management
- Adhere to building policies and event requirements
- Perform other duties as necessary to allow efficient operation of the Food & Beverage department
- Ensure work station area, including shelves, tables, grills, fryers, broilers, convection oven, saute burners, refrigeration equipment, and flat top range are kept cleaned and sanitized always following safety and sanitation policies and processes of the company
