Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Own a reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance listing you as a covered driver
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Possess a smartphone with a data plan
- Have customer service experience preferred
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exhibit leadership qualities such as a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Be flexible to travel locally, work split shifts, and be on-call
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Capable of walking long distances and climbing stairs multiple times per shift
- Comfortable working around trash, odors, and waste
- Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance covering the employee
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership qualities including a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Flexibility to travel locally, work split shifts, and be on-call
Job Duties
- Lead and support service valets
- Ensure quality by spot-checking routes for safety, efficiency, and service standards
- Collect missed trash and problem solve on properties
- Communicate delays, hazards, and concerns to the Area Leader
- Provide coverage by filling in at understaffed properties
- Document property damage or resident non-compliance
- Lead operations when the Area Leader is off duty
