Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Own a reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance listing you as a covered driver
Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Possess a smartphone with a data plan
Have customer service experience preferred
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Exhibit leadership qualities such as a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Be flexible to travel locally, work split shifts, and be on-call
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Capable of walking long distances and climbing stairs multiple times per shift
Comfortable working around trash, odors, and waste
Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Qualifications

Minimum age of 18 years
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance covering the employee
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Experience in customer service preferred
Supervisory experience is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Leadership qualities including a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Flexibility to travel locally, work split shifts, and be on-call

Job Duties

Lead and support service valets
Ensure quality by spot-checking routes for safety, efficiency, and service standards
Collect missed trash and problem solve on properties
Communicate delays, hazards, and concerns to the Area Leader
Provide coverage by filling in at understaffed properties
Document property damage or resident non-compliance
Lead operations when the Area Leader is off duty
