Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Own a reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance listing you as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof at hire
- Possess a smartphone with an active data plan
- Preferably have customer service experience
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Exhibit leadership qualities like a positive attitude and problem-solving
- Flexible to travel locally, work split shifts, and be on-call
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Capable of walking long distances and climbing stairs multiple times per shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and around trash and odors
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude with leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel locally and work split shifts
- Smartphone with a data plan for mobile app use
Job Duties
- Lead and support the service valet team
- Ensure quality through spot-checking routes for safety and efficiency
- Problem solve by collecting missed trash and addressing property issues
- Communicate delays, hazards, and concerns to the Area Leader
- Provide coverage for understaffed properties as needed
- Document issues such as property damage or resident non-compliance
- Lead operations and cover routes in the Area Leader's absence
