Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must have an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer
- valid driver’s license and auto insurance listing you as covered driver
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- smartphone with data plan
- willingness to travel locally and work split shifts
- able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- comfortable working around trash, odors, and waste
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- customer service experience preferred
- supervisory experience a plus
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- leadership qualities
- ability to work outdoors in all weather
- ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- experience using smartphone applications
Job Duties
- Lead and support service valets
- ensure safety, efficiency, and service standards on routes
- collect missed trash and resolve property issues
- communicate delays, hazards, and concerns to the area leader
- fill in at understaffed properties
- log property damage and resident non-compliance
- lead operations and cover routes in absence of area leader
