Job Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience driving commercial vehicles (16ft box trucks or larger)
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification (CDL not required)
- Acceptable driving record
- Must be 21 or older
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using maps and GPS
- Excellent time management
- Self-motivated
- Dependable
- Must pass pre-employment screenings

Job Duties
- Safely operate a 16ft refrigerated box truck for daily deliveries
- Ensure timely deliveries of fresh flowers and related products to customers
- Maintain an organized and safe vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment
- Work efficiently in a warehouse and cooler environment (34F) utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks, box cutters, and RF scanners
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service and fostering positive relationships
- Follow assigned delivery routes using maps or GPS to optimize efficiency
- Perform physical tasks, including loading, unloading, climbing in and out of the truck, driving, and handling products weighing up to 60 pounds
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations
