Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
possess and maintain a valid State of Nebraska driver’s license
be insurable under normal rates
successful completion of pre-employment reference check
successful completion of criminal history check required by the Transportation Security Administration
successful completion of physical assessment
successful completion of drug screening
successful completion of motor vehicle report check
ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs using safe techniques
ability to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, stand, and walk
ability to work indoors and outdoors in variable weather conditions
follow all safety requirements and standards as established by the Lincoln Airport Authority

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
ability to speak, write, and read English fluently
ability to work independently or with a team
ability to prioritize multiple tasks
ability to report conditions and describe situations clearly both orally and in writing
basic knowledge and use of computer skills
maintain a positive attitude
excellent customer service skills
