Job Requirements
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies, with the ability to follow safety instructions
- reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required
- experience working in a consumer support services or similar industry environment
- familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and procedures
- certification in workplace safety or hazardous materials handling
- strong communication skills to effectively report issues and coordinate with team members
- flexibility to adjust work hours as needed to accommodate operational requirements
Job Duties
- perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal in all assigned areas
- sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure all fixtures are clean and functional
- maintain cleanliness in break rooms and kitchen areas, including cleaning appliances and surfaces
- report any maintenance or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly
- follow established cleaning schedules and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
