Job Requirements
- FAA Commercial Pilot's License
- FAA CFI or CFI-I rating
- Valid FAA Class 2 Medical
- Minimum 750 total flight hours
- Minimum 200 hours in the TBM model aircraft
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent fluency in English
Job Qualifications
- B FAA Commercial Pilot's License
- Hold an FAA CFI or CFI-I rating
- Maintain a valid FAA Class 2 Medical
- Accumulated at least 750 total flight hours, 200 hours in the TBM model aircraft
- College degree is preferred
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs
- Excellent fluency in English both verbal and written
Job Duties
- Provide standardized training in the classroom, in the simulator, and in the aircraft
- Provide initial, recurrent training, and differences training
- Enforce the CAE SIMCOM standards, teaching in accordance with safety standards
- Use verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills to teach effectively
- Provide constructive feedback and evaluate customers' progress
