Job Requirements
- Drug-free workplace (we test)
- clean driving record if you wish to get involved with operations and guest services
- must have established residence on North Coast or transition plan (ex: lease)
- a reliable car or truck to get to work not shared
- valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, maid service, room attendance, custodian duties, laundry, or property management
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong leadership and initiative skills
- reliable transportation with a clean driving record
- familiarity with property management and vacation rental industry practices
- effective communication skills
- commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Job Duties
- Manage and oversee housekeeping duties for over 60 rental homes and 24 Tiny Homes
- ensure properties are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards
- perform cleaning tasks including maid service, laundry, and room attendant responsibilities
- coordinate with property management team to support operational needs
- provide timely reporting on property conditions and maintenance issues
- adhere to established protocols to avoid picking up after others who cut corners
- maintain organized and efficient scheduling to meet guest and company expectations
