Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three to five years of supervisor experience custodial or related experience
- Experience in janitorial maintenance and supplies
- Valid Driver's License
- Forklift Driving Certification or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire
- Strong organizational and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work holidays evenings and/or weekend hours
- Extensive hours and weekends will be required at times

Job Duties
- Review event schedule and prepare cleaning staff schedule
- Prioritize, review and participate in housekeeping crew work
- Provide staff training and address deficiencies
- Oversee and inspect assigned crews' work
- Coordinate with Event Coordinators on cleaning requirements
- Respond to emergency service requests
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment
- Complete daily inspections of housekeeping tasks
- Order and maintain cleaning supply inventory
- Perform cleaning duties as assigned
- Perform other related duties
