Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three to five years of supervisor experience custodial or related experience
  • Experience in janitorial maintenance and supplies
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Forklift Driving Certification or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire
  • Strong organizational and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work holidays evenings and/or weekend hours
  • Extensive hours and weekends will be required at times

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

Job Duties

  • Review event schedule and prepare cleaning staff schedule
  • Prioritize, review and participate in housekeeping crew work
  • Provide staff training and address deficiencies
  • Oversee and inspect assigned crews' work
  • Coordinate with Event Coordinators on cleaning requirements
  • Respond to emergency service requests
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment
  • Complete daily inspections of housekeeping tasks
  • Order and maintain cleaning supply inventory
  • Perform cleaning duties as assigned
  • Perform other related duties
