Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and complete required training
- Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
- Ability to engage customers and work as part of a team

- Verbal written communication and interpersonal skills
- No retail experience required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days nights weekends and holidays
- Client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standards procedures guidelines and methods
- Utilize only approved chemicals supplies and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low ensuring supplies are rotated and stored in proper containers
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical equipment and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan communicate and share information with the store team
- Support the operations team to receive and process product execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
