Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- No previous retail experience required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- No prior retail experience required
- Ability to follow company safety procedures and standards
- Basic equipment maintenance skills beneficial
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Maintain inventory levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by ordering and proper storage
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance safety
- Perform routine basic equipment maintenance according to company guidelines
- Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the store team
- Support the operations team with product receipt, stockroom processes, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed
- Greet customers and offer product and service assistance
- Act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork
- Exercise good judgment in decision-making
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset and resolve issues
- Meet or exceed individual productivity and loyalty goals
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Respond proactively to directions from supervisors and managers
- Perform other assigned responsibilities
