- ability to complete physical cleaning tasks throughout the store

Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring supplies are rotated and stored properly
- complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate and share information with the store team
- support operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations, and omni channel fulfillment when needed
- engage customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services
