Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to communicate effectively
- attention to detail
- capacity to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to follow company policies and safety guidelines
- basic understanding of cleaning and maintenance procedures
- able to work in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent customer service and multitasking skills
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- no previous retail experience required
- client-facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness
- maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and rotating stock
- complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- routinely perform basic equipment maintenance per company guidelines
- use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate and share information with the store team
- support operations team with receiving, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment
- engage customers by greeting and offering assistance
- act with integrity and teamwork
- exercise good judgment in decision-making
- demonstrate customer service mindset
- meet productivity and loyalty goals
- accomplish multiple tasks within deadlines
- follow company policies and safety guidelines
- proactively respond to direction from supervisors and managers
- perform other assigned responsibilities
