Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow company safety policies and procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- Commitment to completing required training programs
- No prior retail experience required

- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Client-facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles following best practices and standard procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring proper storage and rotation
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely perform basic equipment maintenance as per company guidelines
- Use company tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
- Support operations team in receiving, processing product, executing stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment
- Engage customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services
