- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- No previous retail experience required
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Willingness to complete required training
- Ability to follow company safety policies
- Capability to work as part of a team and independently

- Preferred client-facing retail or service industry experience
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following best practices and standard procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure safety
- Maintain inventory of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and rotating stock
- Complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance use
- Perform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment according to company guidelines
- Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the team
- Support operations team with product receiving, stockroom duties, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services
- Act with integrity and honesty while fostering teamwork in an inclusive culture
- Exercise good judgment and take appropriate actions when making decisions
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset by anticipating needs and resolving issues
- Meet or exceed productivity and other individual goals
- Follow company policies regarding safety, procedures, and standards
- Respond proactively to directions from supervisors and managers
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
