Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- No prior retail experience required
- Willingness to complete required chemical, equipment, and maintenance training

Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain company-approved chemical and supply levels by placing orders and ensuring proper storage
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance safety
- Routinely perform basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate and share information with the store team
- Support the operations team with product receipt, stockroom operations, and omni channel fulfillment
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
