Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow company procedures and safety policies
- Good communication skills
- Capability to multitask and pay attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- No retail experience required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standards procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring supplies are rotated and stored properly
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the store team
- Support operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations, and omni channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services
- Act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture
- Exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions and take appropriate partners as needed
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset by anticipating customer needs and satisfactorily resolving issues
- Meet or exceed individual goals related to productivity, credit, and loyalty
- Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Follow company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
- Maintain adherence to company safety policies for the safety of associates and customers
- Receive understanding and proactively respond to direction from supervisors, managers, and company personnel
- Other responsibilities as assigned
