Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following best practices and standard procedures
- utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and ensuring proper storage
- complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- routinely complete basic equipment maintenance
- effectively use store tools and technology for communication and planning
- support operations team with stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment when needed
- engage customers by greeting and offering assistance
- act with integrity and foster teamwork
- exercise good judgment
- demonstrate a customer service mindset
- meet or exceed individual goals
- accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- follow company policies and safety guidelines
- respond proactively to supervisor and manager directions
- perform other assigned responsibilities
