Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 6am
- Willingness to learn and complete required training
- Ability to follow safety protocols and operational guidelines
- Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow company policies and safety standards
- Training compliance for chemical and equipment use
- Client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures, guidelines, and methods
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring supplies are rotated and stored in proper containers
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
- Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
- Act with integrity and teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture
