Job Requirements

- Client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standards
- Utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain and replenish company-approved chemical and supply levels
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Perform basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate and share information with the store team
- Support operations to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment
- Engage customers by greeting and offering product assistance
