Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to use approved chemicals and equipment safely
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- Willingness to complete required training
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

- Client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
- No prior retail experience required
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles following company standards
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Use company tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the store team
- Support the operations team in receiving and processing product, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
- Act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture
- Exercise good judgment when making decisions and take appropriate action
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset and resolve customer issues satisfactorily
- Meet or exceed individual goals such as productivity and customer loyalty
- Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Follow company policies, procedures, standards, and safety guidelines
- Receive and proactively respond to direction from supervisors and managers
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
