Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
- Ability to complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and basic equipment maintenance
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- No prior retail experience required
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standards
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring supplies are rotated and stored properly
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
- Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
