Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning
- Willingness to follow company policies and safety guidelines
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment usage preferred
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills
- No retail experience required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred client-facing retail or service industry experience
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store using approved methods and chemicals
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate with the store team
- Support operations team with product receiving, stockroom tasks, and omni-channel fulfillment
- Engage customers by greeting and offering assistance
