Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- No prior retail experience required
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to follow company safety policies and procedures
- Ability to engage with customers and team members
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and maintenance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of safety and cleaning procedures preferred
- Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles following company standards
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies by placing orders and ensuring proper storage
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Perform routine equipment maintenance
- Use company tools and technology to communicate and coordinate with the store team
- Support store operations by assisting with product receiving, stockroom tasks, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage with customers through greeting and offering assistance
- Act with integrity and foster teamwork
- Exercise good judgment in decision-making
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset
- Meet or exceed productivity and other performance goals
- Accomplish tasks within established timeframes
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Respond proactively to management directions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
