Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- No prior retail experience required
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Willingness to complete training for chemical and equipment use
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 6am
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow company policies and safety guidelines
- Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Preferred: client-facing retail or service industry experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- Utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and rotating stock
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely perform basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate and share information with the store team
- Support operations team with receiving, processing product, stockroom operations, and omni channel fulfillment
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
