Job Requirements

- Client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
- No prior retail experience required
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store such as floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles following best practices and standard procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and rotating stock
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance
- Effectively use company tools and technology to communicate with the store team
- Support operations team with product receipt, stockroom operations, and omni channel fulfillment
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance
- Act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork
- Exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset and resolve issues
- Meet or exceed individual productivity and loyalty goals
- Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines
- Respond proactively to direction from supervisors and managers
- Perform other assigned responsibilities
