Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks including cleaning and basic equipment maintenance
- No prior retail experience required
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, safety guidelines and training
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles following company best practices and standards
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and ensuring proper rotation and storage
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance protocols
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Use company tools and technology to communicate and share information with the store team effectively
- Support operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services
