Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate with the store team
- Support operations team with product receiving, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting and offering assistance
