Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be 18 years of age or older
- flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols

- physical capacity to perform cleaning tasks
- willingness to complete required training
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- no retail experience required
- must be 18 years of age or older
- flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- clean all areas of the store following kohls best practices and standard procedures
- utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish
- complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- routinely complete basic equipment maintenance
- effectively use kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
- support operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed
- engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance
