Job Duties
- clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain a safe and clean environment
- maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders when supplies are low and ensure proper storage and rotation
- complete and maintain required training for chemicals, equipment, and maintenance
- perform routine basic equipment maintenance according to company guidelines
- use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the store team
- support operations team with receiving and processing product, executing stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment as needed
- engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
