Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to complete training for chemicals and equipment
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- No prior retail experience required

- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and follow safety protocols
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles following Kohl's standards
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Maintain appropriate levels of cleaning supplies and place orders to replenish stock when necessary
- Complete and maintain training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance procedures
- Perform basic equipment maintenance as per company guidelines
- Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the store team
- Support operations by assisting with product receiving, stockroom tasks, and omni-channel fulfillment when necessary
- Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services
- Act with integrity and teamwork within an engaged and inclusive culture
- Exercise good judgment and make appropriate decisions
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset and resolve issues
- Meet or exceed individual productivity and performance goals
- Complete multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Follow direction from supervisors and managers
- Perform other duties as assigned
