Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to use approved chemicals and equipment safely
- Capable of performing physical cleaning tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and follow company policies
- Willingness to work early morning and weekend shifts
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- No retail experience required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standards
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment for safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and rotating stock
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the team
- Support operations team with receiving and processing product, stockroom operations, and omni channel fulfillment
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
